Ensemble 1833
Ensemble 1833 was founded by violinist Wonji KIM-Ozim (Mozarteum University) and Mozart Laureate Irma Kliauzaite (Mozarteum University) for the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven. The ensemble has been performing at home and abroad for many years. The repertoire ranges from the Baroque and Classical periods to the modern era - varying in the most diverse instrumentations - with the main focus in 2020 being on Beethoven's violin sonatas. The Ensemble 1833 is a welcome guest at the Mirabell Palace Concerts in Salzburg.
